Ryan Uhle is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Over the past decade, Ryan has worked with more than 500 individuals with unique goals, and he deeply enjoys the reciprocal learning process inherent to this work. Ryan uses an in-depth and personalized initial consultation process to assess goals, strengths, potential limitations, posture, bodily movement patterns, and lifestyle habits to create individualized training programs for his clients.

 

As a CPT, Ryan is dedicated to teaching others--whether clients or not--how to move in a safe, strategic, and sustainable way lead by exploring your potential to move more freely. He encourages others to lead more physically active lives, and improve overall health and quality of life in multidimensional, long-term ways. Ryan is known for facilitating a fun and inspiring atmosphere, committing himself to strengthening community, and leading movement-related activities and events!  A deep love for the land, community, and self-growth & exploration are closest to Ryan’s heart.

    At the moment, no, but we are considering bringing on new trainers to fulfill that very need!
